Grab a Treat and Check Out some Sweet Views!

New England is known for its prominent seasons, and autumn is no exception. With its vibrant colors and crisp air, it is the perfect time of year to go sight seeing on the East Cost. Being based in New Hampshire, we have plenty of tips to make the most of your leaf peeping adventure. Grab some snacks and lollipops, and check out our favorite spots to view the hues.

Adams, MA

Autumn in The Berkshires
Adams, Massachusetts located in Berkshire County is a perfect place to take in the New England landscape. With plenty to do in surrounding area, known as The Berkshires, you can make your trip much more than just a quick drive for a leaf peep. What better time to make the trip than autumn.

One pro tip for viewing the foliage is to do it from the top of a mountain. At an altitude of 3,491 feet, Mount Greylock will show you miles of reds, yellows, oranges, and greens. Whether you choose to hike or drive up the mountain you can experience the beauty of New England the whole way up and the whole way down

Shelburne Falls, MA

Bridge of Flowers
Not far East of The Berkshires is the charming little town of Shelburne Falls. New Englanders near and far come to see the fall foliage from the Bridge of Flowers, which in and of itself is a view of its own. The bridge was originally a trolley track that ran over the Deerfield River, but it was reconstructed into a gorgeous garden in the 1980's. Although the trolley tracks were removed, a Trolley Museum was constructed to preserve the history of the tiny town. The bridge now houses 500 varieties of perennials and annuals from spring all the way into early Fall.  With plenty of beauty to admire both within and beyond the bridge, Shelburne Falls sights pack a powerful punch.
