How Lollipops Can Improve Your Study Habits
Many people are quick to say that Candy does not improve
your work habits.
But luckily for all the candy lovers out there I’m going to
challenge this belief and tell you the 5 ways in which candy can actually help
you concentrate and even improve your work habits.
1. Energy: There no way to avoid the last minute pile of
work that you promised yourself you would finish “tomorrow”. Between those cat videos on YouTube and
trying to “Keep up with the Kardashians”, you’ve accidentally dug yourself into
a hole of work that you need to be out of by 8am sharp.
Luckily for you, we have an answer! Grab a Lollipop and
start sucking away! The sugar in the Lollipop will keep you awake long enough
to finish your pile of work as well as be a reward for finally getting it done.
Better late than never!
2. Fidgeting: Sucking on a lollipop is a great way to stay
focused during a meeting or in class if your one of those people who has to
constantly be fidgeting with something in order to concentrate. Unlike doodling
in your notebook, you’ll be able to keep your head up and concentrate on who
ever is speaking to you so that you stay engaged with what they are saying
instead of on your latest masterpiece!
3. Concentration: Studies have shown that Peppermint and
Cinnamon are two flavors that keep you alert and focused. Candy Cane and
Cinnamon Lollipops are the perfect treat to bring to a long meeting or lectures
especially if you have trouble concentrating for long periods of time.
4.Stress: If you’re feeling too stressed out it can become
impossible to get any work done. A solution: Suck on a lollipop! Studies have
shown that sucking on a lollipop while you work can decrease anxiety and which
leads to productivity!
5. Mentality: Giving yourself small rewards while you work
can lead to a positive shift in mentality. Instead of dreading your next hour
of work you can reward yourself with a lick of your Lollipop every 5 minutes.
This will give you a positive short-term goal and give you something to look forward to
while you work. This simple task can lead to a positive “can-do” attitude,
which has been linked to better performance in the work place and at school!
I think that PMI PMP Exam is crucial for graduating from any university. Every student should know how to write and I think you should be able to do it, too. I would recommend you to take some extra classes or enroll in additional course.
